The first transnational meeting of the Dual-Efici project took place in the vibrant city of Seville, Spain, on April 10–11, 2025. Hosted by Instituto de Educación Secundaria Cristóbal de Monroy, the event brought together representatives from all partner institutions to officially launch the project and strengthen the foundations for collaboration.
During the two-day meeting, partners presented their institutions, discussed the project’s objectives and expected results, and defined a clear work plan for the coming months. Special attention was given to the analysis of existing initiatives for tutor training in companies, the exchange of national approaches to dual vocational education, and the development of a common methodology to identify best practices.
Beyond the working sessions, the meeting also offered the opportunity for intercultural exchange and team building — reinforcing the shared vision of improving the quality of dual VET across Europe. The atmosphere was both professional and inspiring, marking the beginning of a fruitful collaboration between Spain, Romania, and Turkey.
