Dual vocational training is an essential part of today’s education system, ensuring that students combine classroom learning with real experience in companies. Across Europe, in line with the Osnabrück Declaration, this model is expanding as a shared commitment to quality and relevance in education.
The Dual-Efici project focuses on improving the preparation of in-company tutors — key figures who guide students during their workplace training. By strengthening collaboration between schools and companies, the project helps ensure that tutors are well equipped to support, monitor, and assess students effectively throughout their dual learning experience.
The specific objectives of the project are to identify existing initiatives for the training of company tutors, analyze and compare them based on quality indicators, prepare a set of recommendations highlighting best practices, and disseminate these results to educational centers and relevant stakeholders in the field of vocational training.
Identifing the initiatives undertaken by each educational administration in the different regions of the project for the training of tutors in companies.
Analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of each methodology according to quality indicators.
Preparing a document of recommendations with the best practices identified.
Disseminating the document of recommendation to as many educational centers and relevant stakeholders as possible.
